4 Weeks After Your Order Proceed
**All items that are on pre-order are clearly marked in their product description as pre-order selections. The date of expected shipping dates are listed in this section. The longer wait times are normal as these items go through a rigorous creation process to ensure authenticity and quality.**
Please kindly note, Pre-orders cannot be cancelled/refunded once placed. However, if you wish to change your item to another garment which is in stock/arriving sooner, you may do so. Alternatively, a store credit will be issued for 6 months use on the online store.
We work tremendous hours of overtime in order to get the pre-order items through production and into our warehouse in order to ship to you. We are a small team and will get these items to you as quickly as we can. Please allow 4 weeks for pre-ordered item to be delivered. If you didn't receive shipping notification within 4 weeks, then please contact us here.
We do our best to provide accurate estimates on when pre-order items will arrive to our warehouse. However, sometimes there are speed bumps in production and things take a little longer than we expect. Bear with us, as we will promise to do our best to expedite the process so you can have your items as soon as possible.
2-5 Working Days After Your Order Proceed
At the time of processing your purchase, we will show you the available shipping methods, the cost and the delivery date of your order.
Here’s how it works: you order, we process, then we ship.
Ordering takes a few seconds. Processing takes 1 to 2 business days (and orders placed after 1pm HKT are processed the next business day). Then one of our carriers takes it from there. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. It’s on the way!
ZIZTAR will email you to confirm the order
and again at the time of dispatch. Once an order has left the ZIZTAR facility,
it is in the care of HK Post, SF Express, and your local postal service. Sorry
about that we are not liable for any errors made by these services and any
items damaged during the opening without care of your parcel.
I'm having problems with the tracking.
Sorry about that! In a few cases, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us as soon as you can via firstname.lastname@example.org. We can give you the inside info.
If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email email@example.com.
We're sorry you didn't love your ZIZTAR. Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the products you'd like to exchange or return, and we'll take care of the rest.
Don’t worry—ZIZTAR packages don’t include return slips. Just reach out to email@example.com and we’ll help you place your return or exchange.
If you receive any products that you are unhappy with, you may return the item to ZIZTAR within 14 days of receiving it and we will offer you a store credit or refund for the purchase price of the item. The purchase price is the amount you paid for the product and does not include any delivery costs.
If you wish to exchange a product, you will be given a store credit that you will be able to use towards your next order. Please be aware that any purchases made with store credits are processed as a new order and standard postage costs and delivery times will apply.
All items returned to us must be returned in the original condition - unworn, unwashed and with tags. We will not be able to accept any items for return which are not in the original condition.
You are responsible for postage costs of returning the item. We recommend using registered mail to return items, as ZIZTAR is not liable for any items lost in the post.
*All the discount products and accessories are non-returnable and non-refundable.
You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll help you place the return.
Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
